Products may be dispatched from Hongkong, estimated to take 10-15 business days. Our delivery is expected to take several additional days due to flight delays, customs inspections, or other force majeure factors, delivery times may be extended accordingly.

If duplicate items are received from the single box purchase link, this falls within the scope of normal random shipping and cannot be addressed through after-sales support for exchanges or refunds.

Change or cancel order

When you place an order on  thepopmart.net, we aim to send your package as soon as we can to make sure it reaches you on time. This means there’s a very small window when you’re able to cancel. Orders can only be canceled before shipping. Once a package has been dispatched, orders cannot be changed or canceled.

We do not accept any changes to delivery addresses once a package has been dispatched.
